SENIOR THESIS REFLECTION

The Penn State Department of Architectural Engineering thesis project was a very beneficial and informative experience that helped me further develop my skills as an engineer.  By combining aspects of engineering and design along with influences from other options, I was able to get a more well rounded view on all aspects of the building.  The skills I have acquired from not only working on this project, but all of my classes leading up to this will benefit and help me greatly in the future when faced with real world problems.  I think that by wrapping up 5 years of learning into one cumulative project is a great way to display what we have learned as students.

CPEP EVALUATION

Before AE Senior Thesis, I haven't had much experience designing websites before.  I found it extremely interesting and fun.  I enjoyed playing around with the different features that could be enabled as well as looking back over prior years to see how everyone created the same assignment so differently.  I think that learning how to build a website is a skill that I had never before considered being beneficial, but I am glad that I have taken the time to learn it.
