ARCHITECTURE

Hotel X is a mixed use hotel and restaurant establishment located in the Midwest Region of the United States.  This building is a renovation expansion project, in which the existing façade will be restored and an additional 5 stories will be added in a vertical expansion.  The 98,000 SF building will be transformed into a luxury 17 story hotel which consists of a lobby, restaurant and 218 luxury hotel rooms.
